A Message About COVID19
Maine Electric Boat Co. is doing everything to ensure our services are available to the public while keeping our staff and patrons safe.
From an operational perspective we are taking the following precautions:
- We are limiting the capacity of our Fantail boat to 6 passengers to increase the opportunity for social distance.
- Boats are thoroughly cleaned before and after each rental period.
- Hand sanitizer is available to all patrons on the boats and in our facilities.
We ask our patrons to help us by adhering to the following guidelines:
- All patrons must wear masks while they are at the Boat yard, including traveling to and from the boat and using the facilities.
- We ask that if you or a family member is experiencing symptoms, to please reschedule your visit to rent a boat with us for another time.
- We encourage payments for electric boat rentals to be made online to decrease in-person interactions between staff and guests.
- To all of our out-of-state guests, we ask that you honor the restrictions set in place by the State of Maine and your own state, as they apply to your visit.
